Friendly knowledgeable staff. Limited English but we were able to communicate our needs. Helped us with a taxi and driver who showed is around Cotonou. Very nice hotel.

Ornella staff member was super kind, welcoming and efficient. It is a very professional hotel- not super luxurious but everything worked.
